About Me:
How does one create one of these things without sounding egotistical? Well, here's my attempt.
I try to be a visionary, imagining how I want the world to be and act upon that visualization in word, thought, and deed.
I strive to be respectful, non judgmental, open, loving, kind, and deeply spiritual; to see the best possibility in everyone and everything even when it means that I get hurt as a result.
However, I do though, need to work on being more patient, less quick to rise to anger, and not become detached when feeling hurt or feeling threatened.
I work at practing a holistlic lifestyle. I am a practitioner of Wicca and Queer Spirituality. I am very interested in connecting with other like-minded queer, gay, bi men, who are exploring what spiritual roles we serve in this incarnation. PLEASE NOTE THAT BY NO MEANS AM I LOOKING TO ONLY COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER GAY MEN. Spirituality can be found in every being of every orientation and welcome communication with like minded individuals who are on a similar path as mine. I strongly believe in and follow the Law of Attraction.
Since pre-agricultural times gay men have been known as the walkers between the worlds. Our roles have included healers, shamans, counselors, advisors, and other titles.
My love for the earth and all of its inhabitants goes back to my early childhood. I came into this lifetime with a fascination of all things natural, especially woods. When I am surrounded by trees I feel most at home, which is why I was given the name Willow when I was 19 and began my Pagan path.
In Andrew Ramer's Two Flutes Playing, which is a book about gay male spirituality, he talks about one of the roles gay men possessed was Keeper of the Trees. Gay men would be consulted about which trees could be forested in order to expand the livelihood of the community and which ones shouldn't be touched. I don't believe in coincidences. I was named Willow 21 years before I learned this information.
I identify with a group of gay men called Radical Faeries. The tile and its succession of followers started with a man named Harry Hay, who posed the questions: what is our role as gay men beyond the physical? What do we bring to the table spiritually? This is a continuing source of inspiration for me as I pose this question to myself and meditate and act upon how it unfolds.
I wear many hats in this lifetime: partner, son, brother, uncle, friend, confidant… Each one brings its own blessings and challenges and I embrace both sides fully.

Type Two
The Helper
The caring, interpersonal type. Twos are empathetic, sincere, and warm-hearted. They are friendly, generous, and self-sacrificing, but can also be sentimental, flattering, and people-pleasing. They are well-meaning and driven to be close to others, but can slip into doing things for others in order to be needed. They typically have problems with possessiveness and with acknowledging their own needs. At their Best: unselfish and altruistic, they have unconditional love for others.
